Sauce and Simmer LLC went from a pausing point to a passion point, when I stepped back one Thanksgiving and realized I prepared a full holiday meal without the help from my mom or aunt. It was then reinforced over the years as friends began to ask me to cook for their families because they loved my food. My mission is to bring that family dinner time feeling to group settings. My vision is to make unforgettable memories through shared meals.
